A 6-week in-person programme supporting young people 17-25 in Havering, Barking & Dagenham who are struggling with their mental health. The sessions are engaging and interactive, providing tips and techniques to help manage common challenges. A safe and non-judgemental space for young people to connect and have their voices heard.

| 22.09.2025 | Session 2 | Resilience: Talking about bouncing back from life’s challenges, building confidence, and tips on managing anxiety. | 
| 29.09.2025 | Session 3 | Wellbeing: Learning about self-care and ways to check in with ourselves and recognise when we are starting to struggle. | 
| 06.10.2025 | Session 4 | Improving two-way communication: We discuss different types of communication, communication challenges and way to improve our communication skills. | 
| 13.10.2025 | Session 5 | Planning for the future: Discussions about what the next step may be; volunteering? Education? Jobs? Further support? | 
| 20.10.2025 | Session 6 | Social activity: We go out and have fun, maybe bowling, mini golf or another suggestion by the group. |
