We have a specialist team supporting people with disabilities and mental or physical health conditions.
The team can support you to identify and access new jobs and careers that meet your needs. They also work with employers to create more flexible and supported employment and internship opportunities.
Local Supported Employment (LSE) programme – Learning Disabilities
Local Supported Employment programme to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, or both to move into and stay in work.
Supported Employment includes five types of support:

- Vocational profiling
- Engaging Employers
- Job Matching
- In-work support and career development
