
Mind – Ready for Adulthood 6 Week Programme

This 6-week face-to-face programme is designed for young people, 17-25 struggling with their mental health. Here are some of the topics we cover each week:
- Session 1 – Introductory session: Getting us all as comfortable as possible to start the journey!
- Session 2 – Resilience: How do we go through life’s challenges building confidence, self-esteem and assertiveness
- Session 3 – Wellbeing: Looking after You! The ‘what’ and ‘how’ of self-care
- Session 4 – Improving two-way communication: Communicating with adults, other young people and ourselves
- Session 5 – Planning for the future: What’s next? Volunteering, work, joining other social groups for young people. Let us support you!
- Session 6 – Fun, fun, fun: We pay for a day out. Bowling, mini golf or something you might suggest
