The CYPD Hub is for families who live in Barking and Dagenham, who has a SEND child under the age of 18 years old.  The CYPD Hub runs a range of different activities during term time and school holidays such as:   The Family Hubs, Family Navigators and Early Help outreach services are for parents of children aged up to 19 (or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities). Portage and Inclusion Education Service Portage and Inclusion Team The Portage team support children aged 0 – 4 years, living in Barking and Dagenham, who have significant and/or long lasting delays in their development.  The team are based at Alibon Children Centre. It is an early intervention service within the Children and Young People with Disability (CYPD) Service.Portage provides support through Targeted groups, Home Learning sessions and Transition to nursery.
